2010 PRE SEASON MEETING

The 2010 Pre Season Meeting will be held at J&G Meakins on Tuesday 30 March at 7.30pm. It is important for all clubs to send a representative to collect the scorebooks and to be updated on any changes to the League and Cup fixtures.

2010 LEAGUE & CUP FIXTURES

Cup Fixtures and revised League Fixtures (as noted for each age group on the fixtures sheets) have been emailed to all clubs and are now available in the League News below.

Sections U15A, U13A and U11A have been selected to trial the uploading of League match results directly onto the web site. League results and tables for these section only, together with the Cup results and Cup fixtures for ALL teams, can be found in the tabs above. All clubs also have the facility to upload only their cup match results, on their club web site, if they wish, otherwise this will be done by the League on receipt of the score sheets. If the trial is successful, this method of reporting results will be rolled out to all clubs next season. For this season ALL score sheets are still to be posted or emailed to Gary Wilson.

Cup matches for the Preliminary Round, Round 1 and Round 2 (Round 1 only in the subsid cups) are to be played on the match dates given on the cup fixtures sheet.

Cup Final matches are to be played on the given date on the fixtures sheet.

Please refer to the fixtures sheets for various clubs home match nights and any alternative ground arrangements.

There are now alternative arrangements for the all girls sections. These are being organised via Alison Grimley on behalf of the SCB. Please address all Girls section correspondence to Alison who will forward the match dates in due course.

OTHER MATTERS

Aldridge Cricket club have reported that their bowling machine has been stolen. If you have been offered a bowling machine under suspicious circumstances and suspect it may be stolen please contact Neil Steadman on 07838129283 or steaders1@sky.com
